Shipping and Returns

How long will it take before I recieve my order?

The orders are shipped by post and typically sent within 24 hours and will reach the destination within 7-15 working days. Local taxes might apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

I want to return my order. What do I do?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!  You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Please send an email to info@matmatshop.com if you want to return your shipment . Refunds will be made after we recieve the return and upon checking that the product(s) is unused, has the tags and is in original packaging.
